If you know my work at all, you probably know that I adore amaro, Campari, and anything else that’s bittersweet and Italian. Join me for a class that will help you understand how to use these products in your own cocktails. We’ll make something kind of Spritzy, a Negroni riff that can veer far from the archetype (if you want), and a bright little Sour.

I’m also offering a special add-on for this class: a lesson on how to make Caffè Corretto at home; and this version doesn’t even require espresso, just cold brew concentrate and the other supplies we’re using in class.
