SPRING GARDEN PARTY CLASS

Spring is here! And so are these three easy-to-execute cocktails for your next garden party, or to be enjoyed on your fire escape, or in the park… wherever this fair season may find you! We’ll start things off with a floral, low-ABV highball garnished with mint — just the thing for a warm afternoon. Then we’ll make a sour with whiskey or brandy, lime, mint, and strawberry jam. We’ll cap the whole thing off with a springtime Martini — gin or vodka, dry vermouth or fino sherry, and elderflower liqueur. (That last one is a great candidate for batching and chilling in the freezer, ready to pour when you need it. The batch recipe will be provided!) Join me for a celebration of spring!
